Your objectives are:

• Compare and contrast the two sets of FastSurfer results to assess the impact of defacing
• Reflect on the approach to data management and processing undertaken - what are the benefits and disadvantages?
• Contrast to how you currently or might otherwise do similar processing
• As a group summarise your work and thoughts into a presentation for the end of the summer school

MedICSS Presentation Guidance

• All team members must participate to the presentation
• The presentation is 7 min followed by a 2-3 min Q&A
• Content: They should present the context of the problem, how they went on to solve it, their results and what they got out of it.
