Additional Processing

If you have time remaining you may wish to try additional defacing algorithms, or to interact with your data on the XNAT in a different way.

Some options for further work:

• Test a different defacing algorithm and compare the ability to preserve the results
• Interact with XNAT through Python to pull data down locally for processing and return results back to the XNAT
• Develop your own XNAT-ready Docker image to implement some new processing
• Chat to the course leads for more ideas and inspiration
